The End User Advisory Board —a collective of leaders representing a wide spectrum of industries, with more than 200 years of combined experience. This board is designed to bring diverse expertise and perspectives together to shape conversations on today’s most pressing business and operational issues.

A Visionary Leader in Security: Joe Doa

As Vice President of Corporate Security for MGM Resorts, Joe Doa oversees regional security operations across one of the most dynamic and complex entertainment portfolios in the world. With over 15 years of experience in the casino, gaming, entertainment, and hospitality sectors, Doa brings a depth of expertise and a proven record of strategic leadership.

In addition to his corporate role, Doa serves as Chairperson of the FBI/DHS Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) Threat and Resilience Information Sharing Committee and leads the ASIS Gaming & Wagering Protection Community — both platforms that strengthen public-private partnerships and drive intelligence-led resilience strategies nationwide.

A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Doa also completed executive education through the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, attending the DSAC Graduate Domestic Security Academy Session V and the Domestic Security Executive Academy Session XVII. His reputation as a connector between private enterprise and federal security agencies positions him uniquely to guide SVIP’s mission of fostering trusted, actionable information sharing among stakeholders.

Joining him as Vice Chair is Brian Natale, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading design, construction, facility operations, and security initiatives. Known for his ability to align project goals with organizational strategy, Natale has spearheaded large-scale operational transformations that balance innovation, efficiency, and safety.

Board-certified in security management and holding a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice, Natale has cultivated a career rooted in continuous improvement and operational excellence. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and the pursuit of measurable impact across teams and organizations.
