SecurityVIP Enterprises (SVIP) has officially expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Jonathan Everett as Chief Revenue Officer and Sean Stephens as Vice President of Business Development. These strategic hires mark a major milestone as SVIP accelerates the buildout and go-to-market strategy for the upcoming SVIP Experience Center, the industry’s first permanent, end-user-driven security destination.
Building the Next Phase of SVIP
The SVIP Experience Center is redefining how manufacturers, integrators, and end users connect. With momentum building across partnerships, sponsorships, and membership growth, SVIP’s leadership expansion reflects the company’s commitment to operational scale, revenue execution, and long-term sustainability.
“These hires are about execution,” said Taylor May, Founder & CEO of SVIP. “We’re building something the security industry has never seen before. Jonathan and Sean bring the discipline, relationships, and leadership needed to take this vision from concept to category-defining reality.”
Jonathan Everett Joins as Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jonathan Everett will oversee SVIP’s revenue strategy across memberships, sponsorships, enterprise partnerships, and Experience Center monetization initiatives. With a strong background in enterprise sales leadership and revenue operations, Everett brings a data-driven, performance-focused approach to scaling SVIP’s commercial engine.
“SVIP isn’t just another platform, it’s an ecosystem,” Everett said. “The opportunity to help build something that truly serves end users while delivering measurable ROI to partners is incredibly exciting. We’re creating a new standard for how the industry engages.”
Sean Stephens Named Vice President of Business Development
Joining SVIP as Vice President of Business Development, Sean Stephens will lead strategic partnerships, manufacturer relationships, and ecosystem expansion for the Experience Center and broader SVIP platform.
“The Experience Center represents a massive opportunity for collaboration between manufacturers and the end users who actually make security decisions. I’m proud to be part of this movement.”
Leadership Built for Scale
The addition of Everett and Stephens strengthens SVIP’s leadership foundation at a critical time. With the Experience Center under development and industry engagement accelerating, SVIP is transitioning from high-growth startup mode into full-scale execution.
Together with SVIP’s advisory board, partners, and expanding internal team, these appointments position the company to deliver on its mission: putting end users first, creating year-round engagement, and building the industry’s most impactful physical and digital ecosystem.
“This is only the beginning,” added May. “We’re assembling a leadership team that can build something generational for the security industry.”
